Creating Change, One Conversation at a Time
Through every workshop, talk, and event, I aim to make mental health conversations a normal part of everyday life, especially in the workplaces and communities that need it most.
As a certified presenter for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), I offer Talk Saves Lives—a free community-based program that covers:
The General Scope Of Suicide in the US
The Latest Research On Prevention
Actionable Steps
This program is recognized on the Best Practices Registry by the Suicide Prevention Resource Center (2025).
Available free of charge for workplaces, schools, and community organizations.
Events with Purpose
Each year, I look for new ways to connect community, conversation, and cause.
For several years, I hosted an annual fundraiser for suicide prevention, raising awareness and funding for AFSP. The event combined storytelling, connection, and hope, showing that healing can be both heartfelt and human.
Every event reminded me why I do this work: to help people see that they are not alone.
